Our partnership operations are the product of ground-breaking strategic alliances with local authorities and councils, developed over the past 7 years. Each partnership is a unique two-way relationship, where we identify their specific needs and deliver a variety of expertise and services that create value and improve their services.
We create long-term commitments that encompass a variety of contractual relationships including joint ventures, secondments and TUPE transfers of local authority staff to work within Capita Symonds.
We are continuously growing this area of our business and do so based on identifying the value we provide to our clients and their customers in areas such as employment, regeneration and community engagement.
