Overview

Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012: If you have responsibility for the repair and maintenance of premises you will need to know how to comply with the Duty to Manage Asbestos.

Asbestos Management provides compliance with the requirement for competence in asbestos management, enabling delegates to understand their general obligations under the law, particularly Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos at Work  Regulations 2006 - The Duty to Manage, and dealing with contractors.
