Overview
The 2007 CDM Regulations bought new
and increasingly focused challenges for all the CDM duty-holders.
In particular, the role of the Client has changed significantly as
has the role of the Designer.
There is therefore now an increasing need for CDM duty holders
to clearly understand what they need to do to demonstrate
compliance. This course presents a clear picture of the roles of
all parties in terms of duties and relationships as required by CDM
legislation.

- Design includes concept and feasibility studies
- Designers must consider risks during ‘use’ of final
structure
