Over 100 Counsel, Solicitors and industry professionals joined
together for the Fourth Annual Capita Symonds Litigation Lecture,
whose theme is to take a recent landmark case in health and safety
and explore its significance for the future.

Lecture’s high profile. As someone involved in the Cotswold case,
it was both intriguing and beneficial to hear the full story of the
proceedings leading up to the Trial.
