As well as offering our own high-quality Health and Safety
training courses - we can also create unique tailored
courses - formulated by thorough and careful
discussions of your specific needs and objectives.
Below is the process we would go through to create Health and
Safety training that meets your company's needs:
1. To start with, we'll need a thorough and careful discussion
with yourself to discuss specific needs and objectives, including
overall programme, duration, content of course notes etc.
Have a look at our current courses, to give
you an idea of what topics we can cover.
2. You choose the presenter with appropriate experience
and qualifications.
Read more about
our Presenters.
3. We'll create a draft Course programme and content, which
we'll send to you for discussion and approval.
4. Once the course programme has been agreed, we'll create specific
tailored course notes, and send these to you for review.
5. Your chosen course presenter with then be in contact to discuss
and gain a picture of the intended audience, their general
background, job function and experience. The course content and
timings will then be refined and finalised.
6. On the training day the presenter will call for input from the
delegates on any particular matters of concern or interest.
7. At the end of the course, evaluation forms are distributed. We
will then review and analyse the results - the results will then be
discussed with you to discover any lessons that might be
learned.
A six weeks lead-time is recommended for this process.
Follow-up service
For four weeks following the course, Capita Symonds will provide
a telephone enquiry service so delegates can clarify any
further points or queries that arise after the course. This
service will be channelled through Pennie James.
The service will be provided within the fee unless further
research and study is required from the lecturer to answer the
question fully. In this case we may need to charge on an
hourly rate basis.
