The project
Capita Symonds is providing
independent technical review and advice to the Lenders in support
of the SNC-Lavalin (Canada) – Abertis (Spain) consortium in their
bid for the design, operations and maintenance of the existing
Nantes-Atlantique and Saint-Nazaire airports and the design,
construction, financing and operation and maintenance of the
Notre-Dame des Landes Airport.
The scope is to review project documentation
and to carry out risk analysis to cover:
- Design and Engineering
- Construction
- Capital Expenditure, Operating & Lifecycle Costs
- Environment
- Contracts & Permits
