Graham Cowley, Chief Operating Officer, Capita Symonds said: “Inventures’ position as market leaders in the provision of Estates and Facilities Management advice to the healthcare sector, aligned with Capita Symonds’ national delivery capability, will offer a compelling proposition to our partners across the Public Sector. The acquisition is particularly exciting in the context of the ‘Total Place’ agenda, enabling us to offer an even wider scope of services that can drive real service improvement and savings for all public sector organisations.”

David Lawrence, Chief Executive, Inventures said: “We are delighted to be joining Capita Symonds at a time when many of our clients are talking to us about increasing the range of services offered to them. Our clients will now be able to procure our services through Capita Symonds’ Buying Solutions frameworks as well as our own existing frameworks.”

He adds: “Our Primary Care Trusts are working more closely with Local Authorities and other public sector bodies to share buildings and support services.
