Capita Symonds has been providing a wide range of expertise on the scheme including client development management, workplace consultancy, project management, structural engineering and CDMC. The accommodation is currently being fitted out and Capita Symonds is retained to monitor the development on behalf of the BBC and to manage Category C design, procurement and fit out.
