Summer and year-out student placements

Many of our offices regularly employ summer and year-out placement students who are keen to undertake work experience that will complement their studies.

If you impress us during your time with us, we may offer you a sponsorship package to help you out financially during the final stages of your studies and offer you a graduate position to join us on completion of your course.

Trainees

As a trainee you will be a vital part of our team: we’ll offer you a clear career path leading to increased responsibility and, if it’s what you want to do, relevant professional status.

We offer a range of academic training to suit your role within Capita Symonds, such as NVQ, ONC & HNC.

Trainees wishing to enter into a technical role would be expected to complete an ONC (2 years), followed by HNC (2 years). After HNC there may be an opportunity to obtain a degree in a relevant discipline to suit you.

We will support you in gaining membership of a professional body such as RICS or ICE, and also provide in-house training on any software packages that you may use, as well as helping you to gain additional skills for your role.
