Our vision is to be the leader in everything which makes

By 2014 we’re focussed on becoming the No.1 player in
growing markets through clear leadership in public sector
operational efficiency, central government property outsourcing,
and UK major programme delivery. We will also continue our
controlled international expansion, particularly in the Middle
East, India and Africa.
Everyone at Capita Symonds will play a part in this, either in a
lead role or through the downstream business it generates and we
won’t get there without the successful people, projects and
performance that are at the heart of our
organisation.
The net impact of our vision will be a business that has
grown by 50% by 2014, providing increased job
security and opportunity for our staff.
