About the framework
Capita Symonds is a supplier to all three GPS Geographic
Information Services and Solutions (GISS) Frameworks.
The scope of support available under these frameworks is broad.
Services within these frameworks include:
- Geographic Information Solutions
- Data Capture
- Updating, audit and management of data
- Data evaluation and analysis
- Data and image processing, archiving and hosting
- Photo interpretation evaluation
- Surface production
- Geo-database manipulation analysis
- End-to-end GI solution provision
- Map making services ranging from collation of source materials
using various technologies, cartographic presentation and design to
printing of final map sheets.

Pricing is clear and pre-competed
- Based on competitive day rates
- Includes options for ‘fixed fee’
- CSL pays 1% to Buying Solutions from the final fee
