Capita Symonds in Scotland is an amalgam of various companies acquired over the years by Capita and our offices are located in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Livingston.

The first of these was Beard Dove in the early 1990s followed by Burnett & Co in 1995, Tozer Gallagher in 1998 and MPM Adams in 1999.

In 2010 Capita Symonds also acquired UK commercial property experts NB Real Estate, with offices in Edinburgh, enabling the company to provide a unique full service proposition across the real estate lifecycle, bringing front end advisory and acquisition, and ongoing property and estates management expertise, to its existing multidisciplinary project design, development and management capabilities.
